CH's Dating Tips

"Ladies, please don't make your man watch this movie with you. This is not for them. If this was a guy's movie, there will be either shooting and blowing up things or sitting around and drink beer. Movies like this, all they do is gossip. Guys, stay away from this movie. Ladies, don't pressure your man into watching this film." ("The Women")

The more that I think about it, the more this seems like the quintessential CH From Dinuba quote, even without the requisite "evil critic" bashing. It really begs the question - what, if any, movie in the history of the cinema could be considered a "sitting around and drink beer" movie? "Barfly"? Bukowski was into the harder stuff. "My Dinner With Andre"? I've never seen it, but I assume they drink wine in the film (it's also pretty light on explosions and gunfights). Should we just assume that "Citizen Kane" is the "Citizen Kane" of "sitting around and drink beer" movies?
